Right to cancel
You are able to cancel your order prior to being issued your tracking order and up until the “processed” stage. After this we will be able to cancel the order. The item can always be returned once received.
Please note:
If you refuse to accept your parcel from the courier it will start a long return process which can take up to 30 working days. Once we will receive your item back in our warehouse we will process a refund but postage fee will be deducted from the final amount.
Refund
Non-processed order
You will be refunded on the same day if you are eligible for a cancellation. Once processed it will take up to 5 working days for the funds to go back into your account. It can take up to 24 hours to show any payments received with PayPal.
Refused parcel
The finance team will process your refund once we receive your parcel back from the courier, this can take up to 30 days. You will be refunded on the same day if you are eligible for a cancellation. Once processed it will take up to 5 working days for the funds to go back into your account. It can take up to 24 hours to show any payments received with PayPal.
Please note that in this case shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
